Jilli888 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jilli888 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a person who has enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other party.
• Hold only one (1) jilli888 account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilli888 employee or any of our partner companies.

Jilli888 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address, and bank or e-wallet statements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jilli888 account. Registering a second or additional account — whether using the same or different name, email, phone number, or details — is a violation of these Terms. If jilli888 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended without notice and any existing balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current whenever changes occur. jilli888 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

The account name you register with at jilli888 must match the name of the owner of the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection of withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Jilli888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take up to 1 business day. jilli888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit — this is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and fraud. You may not withdraw funds to a different payment method or account from the one used to deposit without completing an additional verification process.

Jilli888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees — jilli888 is not responsible for any charges levied by those third parties.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Jilli888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the respective offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to cash and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times).
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that go unused or wagering requirements not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically.

Game Rules

All games available on jilli888 are governed by their respective game rules as set by the game providers. By playing any game on jilli888, you agree to abide by those rules. jilli888 is not responsible for any disputes arising from misunderstandings about game rules.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed once returned by the system. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure true randomness and fairness. For sports and live betting, bet outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your jilli888 account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. You must not share this information with anyone, including family members. jilli888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Please use a strong, unique password for your jilli888 account — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of protection. jilli888 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain account security.

Prohibited Member Conduct

Use of the jilli888 platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one jilli888 account under the same or different name, email address, phone number, or identity.
• Using another person's identification, bank account, e-wallet, or payment details without valid authorisation.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jilli888 account at any time by contacting our support team. A voluntary account closure will not affect any legitimate winnings or existing balance — those funds will be returned to you via a valid payment method within a reasonable timeframe, once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Jilli888 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activity suspected of violating applicable laws or jilli888's policies.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts suspended pending verification, any existing balance will be held and returned once verification is successfully completed. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, jilli888 reserves the right to forfeit the existing balance, including any pending winnings.

Technical disruptions, maintenance work, or circumstances beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

Jilli888 is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by members arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes — game results are final.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to maintain account security.
• Any financial losses incurred through betting activity — gambling carries real financial risk.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
